Taser Gun is Retired

Taser Gun p,1:49.2 ($1,158,893) was officially retired on June 19 at the Greene County Fair in Carrolltown, Illinois. Taser Gun, the 12-year-old gelded son of Henry Letsgo retires with a bankroll of $1,158,893 with 69 wins, 31 seconds and 15 thirds in 147 career starts.

Taser Gun was purchased for $3,300 from the Lindsey Nelson Stable consignment by brothers Bob and Tom Cunningham of Medora. The son of mare Shootin Shelly was turned over to trainer Bob Walker and his son, Hart, of Carrollton by the Cunninghams. He was also handled by caretaker Jim Patterson of Carrollton.

Taser Gun was inducted into the IHHA Harness Racing Hall of Fame in 2005.
