Morgan wins both Windy City Pace Elims

Tony Morgan piloted both winners of the $25,000 Windy City Pace eliminations Friday night at Maywood Park. The lanky, 47-year-old reinsman steered Leading X Ample in the first elim to a 1:52.4 clocking and then piloted Gold Dust Beach to a winning 1:51.2 victory in the second elimination. The first four finishers from each elimination heat will return on Friday, October 28 for the $275,000 Windy City Pace Final.
