Moni Maker's First Foal Qualifies at Big M

Wednesday at the Meadowlands: World Champion trotting mare Moni Maker's first foal, a filly named "Touch Of Moni" qualified this morning at the Big M with trainer Jimmy Takter at the lines, trotting in 2:02.1, with a :29.2 final panel. The freshman lass  by Valley Victory is owned and was bred by the Moni Maker Stables. In a later qualifier, Mike LaChance piloted Cabrini Hanover to a 1:55.4 victory for owners Bob Anderson & David Willmot of Ontario. Bred by Hanover Shoe Farms, this filly is the daughter of Cathedra-Western Ideal and was a $350,000 yearling purchase.
