Grey Stable Bonus Coverage ……
The Preakness Analysis (7) CLOSING ARGUEMENT arguably raced the best of any in the Derby staying close to the brutal pace and finishing gamely getting beat late by the well reserved Giacomo in only his 2nd race since February, consistent horse has been on the board in all career starts and raced 6 different distances over 7 different tracks.
(9) WILCO the 2004 Juvenille winner rallied seven wide on the final turn and ran strongly through the stretch and he also bled, another with only 2 preps prior to the Derby, will have to get better position early.
(2) HIGH FLY Bailey made his move to early in the Derby pressing the pace and tiring late, he wont make the same mistake and should be well positioned off what should be a decent but not suicidal pace.
(4) GREELEY’S GALAXY broke poorly (for him) in the Derby and attempted a wide late move then flattened, only his 6th start lifetime and all as a 3 year old, so improvement may still be there, prepared for this with bullet work in the slop at Churchill Downs and expect more of an effort in line with his Illinois Derby win.
