Stig Johansson, 60, a winner of over 6,200 races in his career is calling it quits as a driver, however he'll continue training horses in the Johansson Stable. Stig has employeed the services of 31-year-old druver Erik Adielsson to take over the driving duties for his barn. Johansson has won nearly every major stake race in both Europe and North America, including the 2000 Nat Ray, that he won with his favorite horse Victory Tilly, in 1:53.2.
