Quik Pulse Mindale lowered the Balmoral Park pacing standard when he cruised to a 1:48 record on Saturday night with Tony Morgan at the lines. The previous time of 1:49.2 had been co-held by Big Tom & Blissfull Hall. The time also ties the fastest-ever record for a 3-year-old pacer, with PB Bullville, set in 2000.
