Saturday, December 26, 2009 at Balmoral Park: Odds On Couleur paced to a fifth place finish in Balmoral's $3,800 conditioned Second Race pace. The 3-year-old son of Western Hanover--Odds On Color--Cambest was clocked in 1:58.4, with a :30.1 final brush, in his first lifetime pari-mutuel start for driver Joshua Sutton and trainer Robin Schadt.
Friday, December 18 at Maywood Park: Best Route finished second in the $4,100 Twelveth Race conditioned pace. Josh Sutton was in the sulky behnd the sophomore son of Cambest, who was clocked in 1:58.1 for his effort, pacing a final panel in :30.
Friday, December 18 at Maywood Park: Driven To Succeed was a solid fourth in Maywood's $4,500 Ninth Race conditioned pace with Steve Searle at the lines. THe 4-year-old son of Real Desire--Sweet Strokes--Forrest Skipper was timed in 1:57.3 with a :29.2 last quarter brush. Driven To Succeed has earned $15,650 this year so far with a 2-0-1 record from 14 starts.
Monday, December 14 at The Meadows: Odds On Moinet finished second in the $12,000 First Race conditioned pace for fillies and mares. The 2-year-old lass by Real Artist paced in 1:57.1 for driver Dick Stillings and used a :30 final quarter brush to garner the bridesmaid spot, finishing second by only three-quarters of a length.
*WINNER!* Tuesday, December 8 at Yonkers Raceway: Best Route scored a winning 1:57.2 victory in Yonker's $11,000 conditioned pace. The 3-year-old son of Cambest--Primerose Parkway--Life Sign was steered by Pat Lachance for trainer Nat Varty, pacing his final quarter in :29.
Friday, December 4 at Maywood Park: Odds On Dominic, a freshman son of Make It Brief--Odds On Lydia paced to second-place, 1:59.1 clocking in Maywood's $3,500 Second Race pace on Friday night. Josh Sutton was in the sulky behind the pacer, who paced his final quarter in a spry :28.2.
Friday, December 4 at The Meadows: Odds On Moinet finished a strong second in the $12,000 conditioned 13th Race at The Meadows on Friday night. The freshman daughter by Real Artist--Aparte was beaten just a head for the win in 1:56.1 with Richard Stillings in the sulky, and was clocked her last quarter in :28.4,
