Wednesday, August 31 at Maywood Park: Bay Rosa N paced to a four-place finish with Brent Holland at the lines in Maywood's $6,200 Second Race, a $10,000-$12,000 claiming event for fillies and mares. The nine-year-old Falcon Seelster mare had scored an impressive 1:53.2 victory at Hawthorne on July 17.
*WINNER!* Tuesday, August 30 at Kawartha Downs: Chica Hanover won the $8,500 Second Race at Kawartha Downs Tuesday night, pacing in 1:54.4 for driver Gordon Brown. The four-year-old Western Hanover mare came from last to win by a length over rival Grandy Fancy, who had led the field through fractions of :27.2, 56.4, and 1:24.4.
Tuesday, August 30 at Balmoral Park: Odds On Tally paced to a fifth place finish in Balmoral Park's $4,500 Sixth Race, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares. Tim Tetrick was in the sulky.
Sunday, August 28 at Flamboro Downs: Franco Sequel N paced to a strong, third-place finish at Flamboro Downs Sunday night, pacing in 1:56 for driver Jody Jamieson. The show effort came in that Canadian track's $10,000 Eleventh Race, a conditioned pace. Franco Sequel N is a six-year-old altered son by Falcon Seelster out of the Top Performer mare Smooth Performer.
*WINNER!* Saturday, August 27 at Georgian Downs: Odds On Western paced to a winning 1:54.1 effort in Georgian Down's $10,000 Third Race conditioned pace Saturday night. Mike Langdon was in the sulky for trainer Nat Varty. The son of Western Hanover came from near last to post the victory over a rain-soaked racetrack.
Saturday, August 27 at Balmoral: Odds On Duane was second in Balmoral's $12,100 Seventh Race Pace, a conditioned event on Saturday night. With Tim Tetrick at the lines, this gutsy pacer was clocked in 1:50.2, using a :26.4 final panel to only miss the victory by a length and a quarter.
Saturday, August 27 at Georgian Downs: Mystery Man paced to a fifth-place effort in Georgian Down's $13,500 Tenth Race Saturday night. With John Kovacs in the sulky, Mystery Man was clocked in 1:55.
Saturday, August 27 at Mohawk: Stiking Lyric trotted to a solid, fifth-place effort in Mohawk's $35,000 First Race conditioned trot on Saturday night. The four-year-old Striking Sahbra gelding was piloted by Jack Moiseyev for trainer Robin Schadt in his 20th start of the year, and was clocked in 1:55.
Friday, August 26, 2005 at Hawthorne: Pacific Playboy paced to a strong, second-place finish in Hawthorne's $15,000 First Race Open Pace Friday night. The five-year-old altered son of Pacific Fella scored his fifth runner-up finish this season and also has five wins and a pair of thirds to his credit in 16 starts this season. Tim Tetrick was at the lines as the bay gelding was timed in 1:07.2 for the special, five-eighth's mile dash.
Friday, August 26, 2005 at Hawthorne: Black Oliver was third in Hawthorne's $4,000 Seventh Race, a conditioned pace on Friday night. The five-year-old black gelding by Warrior For Peace turned in a suburb performance for driver Tim Tetrick, racing extremely game in the lane in a race timed in 1:52.
Friday, August 26, 2005 at Hawthorne: Feel The Flame finished fifth in the $15,000 Cicero Final Friday night at Hawthorne, set as Race Nine. The four-year-old chestnut son of Johnny A Heritage made a nice late move to nab a solid check for the Odds On Racing team with Tim Tetrick in the bike.
Friday, August 26, 2005 at Mohawk: Joyardee trotted to a fourth-place finish in Mohawk's $23,000 Fourth Race conditioned Trot on Friday night. The sprightly trotter came from very far off the pace to post a 1:54.4 clocking for driver Rick Zeron, with a last panel in :27.2.
Thursday, August 25, 2005 at Kawartha Downs: Odds On Angela finished fourth in Kawartha Down's $7,000 Tenth Event, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares. Gary Brown was in the sulky behind the speedy filly, who was clocked in 1:47.4 for the one mile test.
Thursday, August 25, 2005 at Kawartha Downs: Odds On Robin Lynn paced to a strong, second-place finish in Kawartha Down's $6,500 Second Race pace, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares. The sophomore daughter by Camluck was reined by driver Gary Brown to a 1:58 clocking.
Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at Hawthorne: Odds On Whitey paced to a solid second-place finish Wednesday night in Hawthorne's $5,200 Third Race Pace. The three-year-old daughter by Sportsmaster had Tim Tetrick in the sulky for her 11th start of the year and now has one win, two seconds and three thirds to her credit this season.
Wednesday, August 24, 2005at Hawthorne: Odds On Tally nabbed the bridesmaid role in Hawthorne's $4,500 Fourth Race Pace, a conditioned event for fillies and mares Wednesday night. The three-year-old Western Hanover lass was making only her third career start in a race timed in 1:56.4. Tim Tetrick was at the lines.
Tuesday, August 23 at Mohawk: Odds On Big Tom paced to a fast-closing fourth-place finish in Mohawk's $19,000 Eleventh Race conditioned pace for four-year-olds and under. Piloted by Chris Christoforou for trainer Nat Varty, "Tom" was timed in 1:53.4 for his effort, with a :27.3 final brush in the one mile test.
Monday, August 22 at Hawthorne: Dream Lavec trotted to a solid fifth-place finish in Hawthorne's $12,000 First Race conditioned trot. This veteran stallion had Tim Tetrick in the bike for the 1:56.2 effort.
Sunday, August 21 at The Red Mile: Odds On Jenna finished fifth at The Red Mile, in that Lexington racetrack's $4,000 Eleventh Race, a conditioned pace for sophomore pacing fillies. Joshua Sutton was in the sulky and guided the filly to a 1:56.2 clocking.
Sunday, August 21 at Hawthorne: Bay Rosa N paced to a solid, fifth-place finish in Hawthorne's $7,200 Eleventh Race pace, a $12,500-$15,000 claiming pace for fillies and mares. With Tim Tetrick at th elines the daughter of Falcon Seelster picked up her 17th check of the season.
Saturday, August 20 at Balmoral Park: Pacific Playboy paced to a 1:51.3 second-place finish Saturday night at Balmoral Park for driver Tim Tetrick. The runner-up finish came in Balmoral's featured Fourth Race, the $15,500 Open Handicap pace.
Saturday, August 20 at Mohawk Raceway: Striking Lyric finished fifth in Mohawk's $35,000 Conditioned Seventh Race Trot Saturday night, with David Miller at the lines. The diagonally-gaited equine made an uncharacteristic miscue at the start of the race, but recovered nicely to finish fifth, beaten only eight lenghts by the winner.
Friday, August 19 at Mohawk Raceway: Mystery Man paced to a strong, second-place finish in Mohawk's $15,000 Fifth Race for $22,000 claiming pacers. The five-year-old altered son of Artsplace romped from mid-pack to nab the runner-up role in 1:54.1 with Chris Christoforou at the lines.
Thursday, August 18 at the Illinois State Fair at Springfield: Odds On Racing's Peine Bubbles finished third in 1:53.1 Thursday afternoon at Springfield with Tim Tetrick at the lines. The gutsy two-year-old filly vied in the $55,000 Illinois State Fair Final, the 13th race on the evening's card.
Thursday, August 18 at the Illinois State Fair at Springfield: Odds On Whitey paced to a strong 1:54.3 third-place effort in the Springfield program's $5,000 Seventh Race. Tim Tetrick was in the sulky behind the three-year-old pacing filly.
Thursday, August 18 at Mohawk: Odds On Robin Lynn finished fifth Thursday night in Mohawk's $15,000 Fourth Race, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares. With Jack Moiseyev at the lines, this speedy lass--a daughter of Camluck--paced in 1:55.4.
Thursday, August 18 at Mohawk: Odds On Angela paced to a solid fifth-place finish at Mohawk Raceway Thursday night in Race Eleven. Jack Moiseyev was in the sulky behind the daughter of Western Ideal.
Tuesday, August 16 at the Illinois State Fair at Springfield: Odds On Tally finished fifth in the $40,000 Review Stake (Race Four) for three-year-old pacing fillies. Guided by Tim Tetrick, "Tally" paced the mile in 1:55.1, coming her final quarter in :27.3.
Tuesday, August 16 at the Illinois State Fair at Springfield: Odds On Peeeete was fifth in the $40,000 Review Stake (Race Nine) for sophomore pacing colts. Tim Tetrick was behind the three-year-old gelding, who was clocked in 1:55.4 for the mile, with a :27.3 last panel.
Sunday, August 14 at Flamboro Downs: Odds On Racing's Armbro Cashmere finished a strong second in the $130,000 Ontario Sires Stakes "Gold" Final Sunday night at Flamboro Raceway in Canada. The three-year-old grey daughter by Camluck paced in 1:53.3 with driver Chris Christoforou at the lines. Nat Varty conditions the sophomore pacing lass.
Saturday, August 13 at Mohawk Raceway: Odds On Racing's Striking Lyric, the four-year-old altered son of Striking Sahbra, trotting to a runner-up finish in Mohawk Raceway's $28,000 conditioned third race trot. Piloted by Jack Moiseyev, Striking Lyric was clocked in 1:55.3, brushing home in :28.1.
*WINNER!* Friday, August 12 at Mohawk Raceway: Odds On Charmaine captured the $28,000 Tenth Race, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares at Mohawk Raceway. Piloted by Chris Christoforou, the five-year-old daughter by Western Hanover was clocked in 1:53.
*WINNER!* Friday, August 12 at Mohawk Raceway: Odds On Racing's Joyardee captured the $18,000 Conditioned Trot (Race Three) Friday night at Mohawk Raceway in Canada, trotting in 1:58 with Chris Christoforou at the lines. The four-year-old Enjoy Lavec mare came from near last in the field of ten diagonally-gaited specialists to prevail by two and a half lengths, using a :29.2 final brush to get the job done.
Friday, August 12 at Hawthorne: Franco Sequel N was fourth in Hawthorne's $4,000 Conditioned Tenth Race Pace on Friday night; a race timed in 1:52.4 Tim Tetrick was in the sulky behind the New Zealand-bred imported pacer.
Friday, August 12 at Springfield, Illinois State Fair: Piene Bubbles was a solid third Friday afternoon at Springfield, in the Illinois State Fair's $5,000 Fifth Race, an ICF elimination. The freshman lass was timed in 1:53 for driver Tim Tetrick, pacing her final panel in :27.2.
Friday, August 12 at Mohawk Raceway: Mystery Man was a respectable fifth in Mohawk's $19,000 Pace Friday night. Driven by Chris Christoforou, Mystery Man was vying against nine other $27,000 pacers in the 13th race on the evening's card.
Thursday, August 11 at Mohawk: Odds On Racing's Odds On Beth paced to a strong, fourth-place finish in Mohawk's 11th Race Thursday night, timed in 1:52.2. The sophomore daughter by Western Hanover had two strong wins in July: in 1:53 on July 21 & in 1:55.2 at Mohawk on July 4.
*WINNER!* Tuesday, August 9 at Georgian Downs: Odds On Angela paced to a winning mile of 1:56.4 with driver John Kovacs at the lines in Georgian Down's $8,000 Fourth Race Tuesday night. The sophomore daughter by Western Ideal sported fractions of :28, :567.1 and 1:25.4 in her wire-to-wire triumph!
Monday, August 8 at Hawthorne: Odds On Robert paced to a fifth-place finish in Hawthorne's $3,000 conditioned Fifth Race pace. The venerable pacer was in rein to Tim Tetrick for the one mile test.
*WINNER!* Sunday, August 7 at Flamboro Downs: Odds On Western captured the $5,200 Eighth Race at Flamboro Downs, pacing in 1:57.1 for driver Mike Langdon. The three-year-old son of Western Hanover won by one and a half lengths over his nearest rival.
Sunday, August 7 at Flamboro Downs: Armbro Cashmere finished a strong second at Flamboro Downs in Canada, pacing in 1:54.3 with Chris Christoforou at the lines in a $39,606 OSS Gold Elimination. The grey daughter of Camluck was beaten only half a lenght.
Sunday, August 7 at The Red Mile: Odds On Janet was fourth in the Red Mile's First Race, a $4,000 conditioned pace for fillies and mares. Mark O'Mara was in the sulky.
Friday, August 5 at Mohawk: Odds On Charmaine paced to a strong, second-place finish in Mohawk's $28,000 Fifth Race, a conditioned pace for fillies and mares. With Chris Cristoforou, the daughter by Western Hanover was timed in 1:52.2.
Friday, August 5 at Mohawk: Odds On Beth was third in Mohawk's $22,000 Tenth Race, a conditioned pace restricted to fillies and mares. Chris Christoforou was in the sulky behind the robust Western Hanover sophomore, who was clocked in 1:53.3.
Thursday, August 4 at Mohawk Raceway: Odds On Sarah finished a strong fourth in Mohawk's $17,000 Tenth Race, a conditioned event for fillies and mares, four-years-old and under. Piloted by Chris Christoforou, the speedy filly was timed in 1:54.2.
Wednesday, August 3 at Hawthorne: Odds On Tally rallied to a strong third-place finish in her pari-mutuel debut for the Odds On Racing crew. The daughter of Western Hanover, now three, finished with show honors for driver Tim Tetrick in Hawthorne's $4,500 Third Race, a conditioned pace for sophomore fillies and mares. The race was timed in 1:56.2.
