Favorites Get Jazzed and Vertigo Hanover breezed to victories in the $60,000 Niatross for 2-year-old pacers Thursday night at the Meadowlands.

John Campbell steered Get Jazzed to a 1:53.3 clocking in the second race, his first win in two career starts. Art's Super Star finished 1 ?-lengths behind in second, while Hypnotic Blue Chip rebounded from an early miscue to finish third. Get Jazzed returned $3.40.

Vertigo Hanover, with Jody Jamieson at the lines, surged past the leader Alcatraz to win the fifth race division in 1:54.2. Mobile rallied from the back of the pack to finish second, flashing a final panel of 26.4. Come Together held on for third.

Uncirculated Stable's Vertigo Hanover was a $65,000 yearling purchase at the Lexington Selected Sale. Duane Marfisi trains the son of The Panderosa-Varbo.

Perhaps the most impressive performance on Thursday night came in race four.

Hambletonian hopeful Crazed crushed the competition by 9-1/2 lengths in 1:52.4, declaring himself ready for the $1.5 million Hambletonian, harness racing's most coveted prize on August 2. Trained by Frank Antonacci and driven by Tim Tetrick, Crazed improved his record to three wins in four starts this season. The son of Credit Winner-Mary Lou Hall is expected to drop in the entry box for the July 26 Hambletonian eliminations.
