Peaceful Way is a $1,715,542 winner after less than three full years as a race horse. The four-year-old Angus Hal lass has trotted her way to six straight triumphs in 2005, amassing $380,054 in seasonal earnings. Trained by co-owner David Tingley, she has been driven in each of her �� starts by Trevor Ritchie.

Peaceful Way has done no less this year than capture the $292,208 Armbro Flight Final on July 2 at Mohawk Raceway in 1:52.1. She also won a $85,000 leg of the Classic Oaks Series on July 23 at The Meadowlands, pacing in 1:51.4 and besting Housethatruthbuilt and Windylane Hanover, among others. She also won the $250,000 Classic Oaks Final on July 30 at The Big M, trotting in 2:01.2 with a neck triumph over Housethatruthbuilt in the mile and one-sixteenth mile test.

“I’m confident in her and I think Trevor (driver Trevor Ritchie) is too -- especially since she’s on the improve,” Tingley said prior to her Armbro Flight victory. “I think there was only race where she has had the whip touched on her tail and that’s where she tied up. She wasn’t even close to being herself, so I gave her full marks for even competing in the race -- let alone winning it.,”

Peaceful Way is also a two-time O’Brien Award recipient.
