Danae wins Hambletonian Oaks

Young driving dynamo Tim Tetrick and trainer George Teague Jr. teamed for yet another big payday in the $750,000 Hambletonian Oaks with Danae.

Tetrick and Teague already captured the $1 million Meadowlands Pace and Art Rooney with Southwind Lynx earlier this summer.

Possess The Magic and Falls For You, the elimination winners, locked up in a duel along the backstretch, giving Pippiwhitestocking the chance to sweep past them.
