Three-Way Dead Heat in Finale Series Final

There was a rare three-way dead-heat for the place spot between Fox Valley Bigshot, Luckability and even-money faourite, Dr. Lon in the $10,000 Finale of the Incredible Finale Series for ICF freshman pacers Thursday night at Balmoral Park. Fox Valley Appeal cruised to a nearly seventh length victory in the Finale. The son of Sportsmaster took a new lifetime mark of 1:54.1 for driver Andy Miller. It was the fourth win of the season in eight starts for Fox Valley Appeal who is trained by Rick Schrock. He now has earnings of $17,337 for owners Brian Loman, Brian Kaiser and Dale Richeson of Illinois.
