From 2000-09, driver Tony Morgan led the way with 7,023 wins. He was followed by Dave Palone (6,624), Stephane Bouchard (5,878), Tim Tetrick (5,235), Catello Manzi (5,171), Jody Jamieson (4,760), Andy Miller (4,743), Brett Miller (4,441), Brian Sears (4,309) and Greg Grismore (4,138) to round out the top 10.
Morgan led North America in wins two years, in 2008 and 2006, and was second on three occasions. Palone also won twice, in 2000 and 2004, as did Walter Case Jr. (2001 and 2002). Bouchard (2003), Manzi (2005), Tetrick (2007) and Jamieson (2009) were the other drivers to win the dash title.
As for earnings, Ron Pierce was the leader, with $107.1 million. He was followed in the top 10 by David Miller ($103.8 million), Brian Sears ($92.6 million), John Campbell ($90.6 million), Tim Tetrick ($73.7 million), Luc Ouellette ($69.5 million), George Brennan ($65.4 million), Catello Manzi ($64.8 million), Tony Morgan ($63.8 million) and Mike Lachance ($61.7 million).
Pierce won the money title twice, in 2004 and 2006, and was second four times since 2003. Campbell won three titles (2000, 2001, 2002) as did Tetrick (2007, 2008, 2009). Other winners were Miller (2003) and Sears (2005).
