July 7, 2005

Live Out Loud made his first Chicago season start a winning one as he captured the $35,000 Cook County Stake in 1:52.3 for driver Tony Morgan. Morgan had the pacer out early from post two, taking the lead at the :27.1 first quarter. From there the four-year-old son of Art's Conquest snapped off fractions of :55.4 and 1:24.1 before sweeping under the wire first just a half a length ahead of the hard trying Taser Gun (Andy Miller).

As a three-year-old Live Out Loud pulled down $152,940 for trainer Dave McCaffrey and co-owner M&M Harness Racing Inc of Suffern, NY. Earlier this year Live Out Loud strung together five consecutive winter victories at The Big M, including a sweep of the Aquarius Series and a four-year-old Open win in a career best of 1:49.4 on a chilly March 5 New Jersey night.
