The Skinny: Classic Photo romped to a 1:52.3 victory in one of Canada's premiere trotting events Saturday night at Mohawk Raceway. The three-year-old son of SJ's Photo--Classic Winner--American Winner notched the win for driver Ron Pierce and trainer Erv Miller. Classic Photo is owned by Bill Wright of Illinois, Jorgen Jahre of Norway and the Classic Photo Stable of Illinois.

Muscle Bound Wins $100,000 Canadian Trotting Consolation
Muscle Bound and driver Mike Lachance captured tonight’s $100,000 Canadian Trotting Classic Consolation at Mohawk Racetrack in 1:55--a lifetime best for the sophomore son of Muscles Yankee-Habit. Muscle Bound came from off the pace to overtake pacesetter Ro Lo in the stretch to win it by half a length. Med Vac was third by one and a half lengths. Ron Gurfein trains Muscle Bound, who now has three wins in 11 starts and over $100,000 in seasonal earnings for Brittany Farms of Versailles, Kentucky, Jerry Silva of Bellmore, New York, Sampson Street Stables of Old Forge, Pennsylvania and TLP Stable of Kearny, New Jersey.
