Sheryl Erickson's Bow Wow Wine captured the $18,000 Direct Balance Stake at Balmoral Park Sunday night in 1:53.1 with driver Tim Tetrick at the lines. The sophomore daughter of The Big Dog nailed down her first victory of the year in only her fourth try. No Bark All Bite (Sam Widger) was second with Just Believe (Ryan Anderson) getting up for show honors.

Iin the $18,000 Golden Miss Final Lou Annie and driver Ron Marsh scored her fourth victory of the season by stopping the timer in 1:51.4 for trainer-owner Jim Rowney. Parklane Powerful (Dale Hiteman) was second with Katie Belle (Ryan Anderson) third.
