Attorney General N, whose 1:48.2 mile at the Meadowlands makes him the fastest Down Under-bred, has the rail in Saturday night’s third race for a tag of $75,000, his fourth start back after a layoff of two and a half months.

"He was better in his last start,” said trainer Richard J. Banca. “He got some time for himself. I'm certainly happy with the year he's had. Who wouldn't be? He'll race through the next few months here, I'm thinking of the upper claiming level for him. That fits him the best."
